Pattern and sample collection
Every design has its own silhouette, shape, structure, and curvature. Thus, for patterning, Simran utilizes computerized systems along with the traditional manual process of matching every notch.
Computerized patterns, in all formats, are created, printed, and manually matched to the final notch to ensure the product aesthetic is maintained. Our team will guide you through the next stage, bridging your design with the craftsmanship of the products.
Based on the sketches, we create the CAD and paper patterns, followed by the mock-ups, prototypes, and finally, the sample.
Labelling
BLU aims to provide a seamless supply experience for our clients. Private labeling is available for all clients, allowing each product to be personally branded with your very own logo.
Our private labeling services are much more affordable than what is currently on the market. Our clients have greater control over the quality of each label, working closely with our company to meet all specific requirements.
Production
Once the order is placed, we manage the complete manufacturing process, starting with the purchase of raw materials and accessories, and continuing with cutting, preparation, intermediate treatment, and assembly. The entire process is checked to guarantee the required quality.

SAMPLE
Based on the prototype, we create the best presentation of the product. The sample timing is 2 weeks mock sample with existing materials and 4 weeks for new color combinations.
